Service Description

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the booked session can be credited towards a future session or refunded. A £7 fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't attend a session you've booked, please cancel within at least 48 hours of the session to allow us to offer your place to someone else. We'll move your booking to a future date wherever possible, or offer a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a £7 fee per session. No-shows are non-refundable.
